Artificial intelligence is regarded as the future of science and business. The use of AI leads to far-reaching changes with clear consequences for the labour market and the world of work. Vertical Media CEO Dr. Lars Janzik (Gründerszene) examines the challenges, risks and opportunities that arise with the use of AI for HR and recruiting, in particular how the perception and formation of trust is changing.
Since January 2018, Dr. Lars Janzik is CEO of Vertical Media. Until then, from March 2015, he was responsible for the digital products of the media brand WELT, an Axel Springer company. Previously, he served as Senior Director Product Management CE for the online recruiting specialist Monster, as well as in various executive positions for the software manufacturer Magix. Furthermore, in 2011 Lars completed his PhD on user innovation in online communities.

At Eckes-Granini Group, she is responsible for both national and international aspects of human resource management and organisation development.
