From 8 April to 31 May 2024, you can use our online application form to demonstrate and highlight the uniqueness and innovative strength of your product or service compared to your competitors in the respective evaluation criteria.
Your application should include:
▪️ General description of the product / service
▪️ Description of your product according to the application criteria
▪️ Link to your pitch video:
The pitch video should give us a 3 to maximum 5-minute insight into your product/service. Please upload your video independently on a video platform (e.g. Vimeo or YouTube) and share the link with us.
You will receive confirmation of your application within a few minutes of sending your application documents. Please also check your spam folder.

As a company, you can submit your innovative ideas to in the following four categories:
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
All companies that have introduced an innovative product, service, technological innovation and/or solution to the market in one of the following categories can take part:

▪️ Learning & Development
▪️ Corporate Health
For companies exhibiting at one of the ZP Trade Fairs 2024, the application and thus participation in the selection process for the HR Innovation Award is free of charge.
The same conditions apply to non-exhibitors. In addition, there is a mandatory processing fee of € 290.00 (plus VAT).
Excluded from participation are company-internal concepts or company-internal products and solutions that are not offered on the open market, concepts from agencies as intermediaries for companies, as well as employees of CloserStill Media Germany GmbH and companies of the jury members.

▪️ Degree of innovation, degree of unique selling proposition (40%)
▪️ Market potential (20%)
▪️ Benefits and relevance for the HR sector (20%)
▪️ Implementation effort of the product / scientific basis (10%)
▪️ Sustainability (10%)
VERGABE DES AWARDS
▪️ The evaluation is carried out by a high-calibre jury made up of representatives from science, business, the press and associations.
▪️ The jury discusses the applications in an official meeting and selects the winners in each category.
▪️ All participants will be informed in good time about the success of their submission.
▪️ The HR Innovation Award will be presented at ZP Europe 2024.
